Paul Otte
Paul Otte is a retired Minister of Music. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Education and Music from Concordia University, St. Paul, and a Master of Sacred Music degree from Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. He studied organ with Conrad Morgan, Frank Speller, Paul Manz, and Frederick Jackisch and he studied composition with Jan Bender. He enjoys composing music for choir and for organ, especially hymn accompaniments. He and his wife, Barbara, live in Hutchinson. They have two sons and four grandchildren and recently celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary.
