Bethany Lutheran College

Trinity Chapel | Dobson

This Dobson Organ was built in 1979 and is located in the Trinity Chapel on the campus of Bethany Lutheran College.

Portativ | Dobson 

Picture
Movable solid maple and cherry case with internal blower. Keyboard and stop levers retract into case when not in use. Built in 1982.

Studio | Casavant Frères

It was originally installed in the chapel in the Old Main building, across the street from the present Trinity Chapel.  It served there until the much larger Dobson organ was installed there.  That organ was in turn enlarged and installed in Trinity Chapel and the Casavant was moved to the organ studio in Ylvisaker Fine Arts Center. Built in 1974. 


Minnesota State University | Hendrickson

The 6-rank studio organ at Minnesota State University, Mankato has been built by the Hendrickson Organ Company of St. Peter, Minnesota.  Charles Hendrickson's sons Eric and Andreas and their associates were the craftsmen for the project, which was completed in 2005.

Belgrade Avenue United Methodist Church | Hendrickson

This 9 rank organ was built in 1989.

Bethlehem Lutheran Church | Holtkamp

Grace Lutheran Church | Hendrickson

The original 1967 installation of Hendrickson Opus #3 was 24 ranks on 2 manuals and pedal. This utilized a few ranks, offset chests, blower and console from the 9-rank 1937 Möller organ opus 6627 from the old church. The 1992 project added a new 3-manual movable console, new Great division with horizontal trumpet, and other tonal revisions and switching equipment.

Our Lady of Good Counsel Chapel | Johnson & Son 

Picture
Johnson & Son originally built this instrument in Massachusetts in 1877. The organ was removed and relocated to Mankato in 1975 and restored by the Dobson Pipe Organ Builders of Lake City, Iowa in 1995.

Our Savior's Lutheran Church | Hendrickson/Grandall & Engen

The pipe organ at Our Savior's Lutheran is a rebuild of a Nolte instrument, which was originally installed in the 1960s. Hendrickson rebuilt the organ in 1978. Grandall & Engen rebuilt the organ in 2019.
